I am an Associate Psychotherapist with a background in both counseling and sociology. I specialize in supporting minorities, culturally disadvantaged individuals, and families navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma. Outside of work, I enjoy connecting with culture, community, and creative learning. A fun fact—I'm fluent in Assyrian/Aramaic, which deepens my appreciation for diverse perspectives and informs my culturally sensitive approach to therapy. I work with individuals who carry the weight of depression, anxiety, trauma, and challenging upbringings. Many of my clients come from minority and disadvantaged backgrounds, navigating cultural and family pressures. I specialize in helping you process painful experiences, heal from trauma, and build resilience. Together, we’ll create space for growth, rediscovering your strengths, and moving toward balance and fulfillment.
