Greetings, I am the daughter of Indigenous/Mexican Father and Southern Born Black woman who struggled to maintain a consistent lifestyle for their family . I am dedicated to how our childhood experiences shape our personality and ability to progress in relationships and attain our perceived goals of life. I am an outdoors, and adventurous person interested in the arts, sports and travel. Growing up in diverse neighborhoods, I learned the importance of resilience and self-determination. I am very passionate about serving members in oppressed communities, I am driven by my desire to uncover the hidden secrets that keep us in limited spaces. The ability to address culture in all its many forms is an important factor in relating and connecting with my clients. Identifying and breaking down barriers to achieving goals, is most important. Setting realistic goals with clients is directly correlated with building motivation and self-esteem.
