I am a counselor educator and mental health clinician with training in clinical and rehabilitation counseling and supervision. As an Army veteran and military spouse, I also bring a perspective shaped by my understanding of and lived experience with military families. My experience includes teaching, community mental health, advocacy, and work with diverse and underserved populations, meeting people where they are. I understand that emotional well-being is influenced by interconnected biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors, and I embrace a holistic approach to help individuals develop awareness and real-world coping skills for everyday wellness, which I apply in my life as well. I find joy in gardening, traveling, DIY projects, yoga, and getting creative with my free-spirited, funny toddler daughter through exploring new adventures, baking, and arts/crafts.
