I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about supporting teens and families through life transitions, anxiety, and stress. As a first-generation Mexican American, I value culturally responsive care and creating safe spaces for growth. Outside of work, I enjoy music, exploring new foods, and spending time with my husband and two young children. I help teens who feel weighed down by stress, sadness, or family conflict. Therapy is a space to feel heard, manage emotions, and build confidence. Drawing from trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, I work alongside families to support healing, communication, and resilience. My goal is for teens to feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
