I am passionate about helping folx grow and realize the best version of themselves. Sometimes, mental health challenges such as mood disorders (bipolar disorder, depression, seasonal affective disorder), anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety disorder), neurodevelopmental disorders (autism spectrum, ADHD), trauma and stress-related disorders stand in the way of our best selves. I love assisting folx in finding deeper understanding and diverse strategies to deal with these challenges.
