Hi ! My name is Rosalina Zavala I am an associate clinical social worker with three years of experience providing therapeutic services to all ages and genders. Most of my clinical work has been in trauma however I also have experience with anxiety, depression, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, and life transitions. In my free time I enjoy working out, watching movies, dancing, and spending time with friends and family. As a first generation Latina my culture and background has influenced my passion to advocate for mental health and breaking the norms behind the stigmas. Growing up mental health was something that was not talked about so I got to see how it impacted people around me and myself as well. Needing extra support/help is not something to be ashamed of, it should be celebrated and seen as a sign of strength.
