San Francisco State University

Rhiannon brings warmth, empathy, and a holistic perspective to her work with clients across the lifespan. Before transitioning into the mental health field, Rhiannon spent over 10 years working in education, where she served as a mindfulness teacher and restorative justice facilitator. These experiences deepened her passion for supporting children, adolescents, and adults with tools to foster emotional well-being, self-regulation, and meaningful connection. . Now in the mental health field, Rhiannon integrates her training and life experience to create a supportive and grounded space for clients of all ages. She is particularly passionate about working with children, teens, and parents, drawing on her own journey as a mom to help families build stronger, more connected relationships. Rhiannon creates a supportive and engaging space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and grow. In addition to her clinical training, Rhiannon is a seasoned yoga teacher and incorporates elements of mindfulness, movement, and somatic awareness into her therapeutic approach when appropriate. She believes that healing happens not just through conversation, but also through the body, breath, and nervous system. Outside of her sessions, Rhiannon enjoys spending time in nature, adventuring with her family and dog, and exploring different forms of movement and self-care. As a therapist, my approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and the belief that healing is possible for everyone. I specialize in supporting clients navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and attachment-related challenges. I offer a compassionate space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to reconnect with yourself. I use a blend of evidence-based practices and mind-body approaches, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs. I am passionate about supporting clients in developing healthier communication skills, emotional regulation strategies, and a deeper sense of self-compassion. Whether you're managing the impacts of ADHD, learning how to navigate relationships, or working through the weight of anxiety or trauma, I’m here to walk alongside you, without judgment and at your pace. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life. Therapy can be a powerful space to reclaim your voice, heal your nervous system, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
