I came to the mental health field following many years in the service industry, and in the wake of my own struggles with physical and mental health. I have worked in community mental health; both in schools and office settings, as well as doing in-home and transitional behavioral services. Most recently I worked in a PHP/IOP program just outside of Chicago working with kids and families. I love spending time with my dog and getting outside in nature as much as possible. If there is water nearby, you will likely find me in it... I also make sure to play Pickleball at least once a week.
