I’m an LCSW with 20 years of experience in mental health, specializing in depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I’ve worked with clients from age three to ninety-five. I’m passionate about understanding their needs, empowering them, and helping them achieve their goals. Originally from Peru, I love plants, both indoor and outdoor, and enjoy cooking -especially Peruvian cuisine. I also love traveling. I’m fluent in both English and Spanish. I believe mental health is fundamental to well-being.
