Hello! My name is Michaela Williams. I am from Chicago, IL. I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I enjoy baking, exercising and traveling to new places. For self-care I love to watch Netflix series and aerial yoga! My ideal client is someone who truly wants to change and has the support system to hold them accountable outside of therapy services. Therapy should be utilized as a tool and pathway for individuals and not looked at as a lifelong thing. I want to be able to provide tools for individuals to navigate in their day to day lives and be able to have access to the necessary tools they need. I specialize in anxiety and depressive disorders, trauma and have experience with eating disorders, grief, life changes, etc.
