Marlenne Lizardo
The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling.
As a mental health advocate with a psychology and sociology background, I’m passionate about understanding people and helping them thrive by embracing their whole selves and overall well-being. In my downtime, you’ll find me reading, crafting, or decorating planners with beautiful stickers like mini masterpieces. And yes—I’m a lifelong Tweety Bird fan, with a collection that began at age 6 and has now grown past 40 items! My ideal clients seek clarity, balance, and a safe space to explore their emotions. They want to feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow. I specialize in holistic, strengths-based support, helping clients embrace their whole selves with self compassion and empathy. Together, we’ll build confidence, resilience, and meaningful change—one session at a time.
