As a Qualified Mental Health Professional, I support the well-being of children, youth, and families by helping young people build confidence, resilience, and healthy coping skills. I strive to create a safe space where children feel heard and valued while working with families to strengthen relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy nature, crocheting, games, and spending time with my family and pets.
