Hi! My name is LaShell, in 2017 I started working in the mental health field and found my passion. In 2022, I graduate from Colorado Christian University. Since starting in this field, I have found that my passion for helping people has continued to grow. While I am not helping people, I enjoy caring for my animals and reading. A fun fact about me is that I have an axolotl! I have specialized in working with clients who are struggling with negative thoughts, including suicidal ideation. I understand how difficult it can be to have these thoughts and how it effects all aspects of life, including interpersonal relationships. I primarily utilize aspects of DBT skills in order to improve emotion regulation, improve communication skills, and reduce distressing thoughts and feelings. I look forward meeting with you and helping you through these thoughts.
