Hello, I am Joshua Serrano Otero and I come from Puerto Rico. I enjoy playing and watching sports from soccer and football to pickle ball and bull riding. Being raised in a Latin household meant we didn't really talk about our feelings as often and that was something that was normal to me but really got me interested in mental health when I learned more about it and really understood the power it has. I am passionate about helping others learn to balance their lives while empowering their mental health to make sure they are resilient and able to make the best of their situation. I look forward to meeting everyone and having conversations that not only interest but also help.
