"Jolie Rittenberry-Kraemer, M.A., AMFT is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 144210). She completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Fashion Design at Parsons The New School for Design and received her Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, with a specialization in LGBTQ2IA+ Affirmative Psychology. Jolie has a wide breadth of clinical experience in working with children, adolescents, and adult clients of all identities and backgrounds. Jolie received comprehensive clinical training in residential treatment settings, working with diverse populations, including individuals in recovery and members of the LGBTQIA+ community through leading process and psychoeducational groups, working individually, and with couples and families. Jolie is well versed in working with addiction, anxiety, complex and early developmental trauma, mood dysregulation, personality disorders, grief and phase of life transitions, coming out and emerging adulthood issues, neurodiversity, chronic illness and disability, and relationship challenges. Jolie’s approach to therapy is rooted in a person-centered, psychoanalytically-informed lens. She prioritizes the client’s needs and agency, recognizing the complex intersections of our different histories, and how these inform our experience in the present. Jolie believes that therapy can act as a container for our uncomfortable thoughts and feelings to bring relief and empowerment into our lives.
