"Jessica is a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) who earned her MSW from USC and holds a BA in Chicana/o Studies from UC Davis. She is bilingual (Spanish/English) and brings a culturally humble, compassionate approach to therapy. Jessica works with clients across the lifespan, with a special passion for supporting youth navigating anxiety, transitions, self-esteem, depression, and trauma. She uses an eclectic, strength-based approach that includes Brainspotting, mindfulness, art, and play. Outside the therapy room, Jessica loves the beach, dancing, and spending time with horses—an important part of her own healing journey. "
