Hi there, I’m Felicia Reynolds, an LCSW and the founder of Compassion Counseling and Behavioral Health Services. I choose to contract with Daybreak Health, because of their multi-faceted approach in the school system and awesome work with youth. My journey in mental health is driven by a deep belief in the power of holistic and trauma-informed care. I know that life can bring all sorts of challenges, and my goal is to offer a space where you can come as you are—without judgment—so that we can work together on navigating those tough moments. With a background in both psychology and social work, I use a blend of evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients better understand themselves, their emotions, and the behaviors that shape their experiences. My specialty lies in working with mood disorders, but I’m passionate about meeting each client where they’re at and tailoring our work to fit their unique needs. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a huge fan of dancing, volunteering, and engaging in the arts. These are the things that help me recharge and keep my own balance. I firmly believe in the power of creative expression and connecting with others to maintain a sense of purpose and well-being—something I always encourage in my clients too.
