After years in direct patient care across settings like ICUs, surgical pre-op clinics, and correctional facilities, I transitioned into leadership roles where I’ve had the privilege to shape strategy and scale care models that truly work. As Chief Medical Officer in corrections, I oversaw medical operations across 30+ facilities. At Cerebral, I helped lead clinical operations for over 2,000 providers during the height of telehealth expansion. And more recently as SVP at Plume, I helped scale operations to serve 40,000+ members nationwide, led revenue cycle redesigns, and optimized a $14M budget—while aligning care with the needs of an underserved community. In 2025, I co-founded Iatro Advisors to help startups avoid common clinical and operational pitfalls.
