Hi, I’m Daphne (she/her), and I’m excited to meet you! I grew up on the East Coast and spent much of my childhood outdoors, a connection that still grounds me today. Outside of therapy, you’ll find me playing music, hiking, snowboarding, woodworking, crafting with friends, dancing, playing tennis, camping, playing Magic: The Gathering, or spending time in the ocean. I believe creativity is essential to healing, and I see therapy, the process of bantering, connecting, and discovering new ways of relating, as one of its truest expressions.
