I’m a bilingual therapist with experience in special education and ABA, and I love helping teens feel heard and supported. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, shopping, and spending time with my family & pets. Fun fact: I have 4 dogs and 5 cats. My ideal client is a teen feeling overwhelmed by stress, emotions, or school pressures. They want to feel understood, confident, and in control. I help by offering a safe, judgment-free space to process feelings, build coping skills, and navigate challenges. Together we work toward clarity, balance, and emotional strength.
