Hi, I’m Ashley! Born and raised in the South, my undergraduate studies were in Creative Writing and Theatre, so I have always been a kid at heart. I like to surf, play beach volleyball, run, and beekeep! All things that require a “sunny” disposition and zen aura of “chill”, being connected with my own body, and the natural world around me, and working together with others to get the very best out of life. I’ve always liked to be of service to people, volunteering with kids, elderly, and disenfranchised individuals, so becoming a therapist was a pretty easy decision for me to make. I enjoy working with a variety of people who come from all walks of life. I work with people who have questions around spirituality, who are managing grief, those struggling with substance use, or just people who feel “stuck” and lost in the messiness of life and need someone to really listen and talk that through with. I like to co-collaborate on identifying the story you want to tell about yourself (apart from stories other people in your life might try to tell about you), and equipping you with the tools to write that story, when you’re ready, in your own words.
