Hi my name is April Whitton and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been working with kids, families and adults for 29 years. I have been working in our local school system for the past 24 years. I have worked with students and parents on a variety of mental health concerns. I grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana but have spent most of my adult life in North Carolina. I love being outdoors with my dog and especially love going to the beach. I love working with students and families. My greatest strength is building great relationships with the students/families that I work with. I love to see students build confidence in themselves to handle whatever life may throw at them.
