Welcome! As a child of immigrants, Iām passionate about supporting bicultural identity development and helping teens feel a true sense of belonging. My experience as a school-based therapist has given me insight into the academic, social, and personal pressures students face. With a compassionate, collaborative approach, I aim to create a safe space where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered to embrace their strengths. Outside of my therapeutic work, I enjoy anything outdoors, cooking, and spending time with my cat, Jalebi. My ideal client is a teen who feels weighed down by anxiety, low mood, or conflict with friends or family. They may be searching for tools to build genuine connections, space to process big emotions, or support in navigating life transitions. In therapy, I offer space for a deep breath - warmth, curiosity, and practical strategies to help them feel more grounded in the present and hopeful about the future.
