I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a credential in School Counseling, who has been working to improve the mental health of children and adolescents for over 17 years. After graduating with my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California, I have worked with clients and their families to overcome challenges associated with depression, anxiety, trauma and stress related disorders. My passion for supporting youth and their families through trauma-informed services led me to becoming a Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional through additional clinical trauma treatment training. I work from a collaborative, strengths-based approach to help clients improve their functioning in all areas of their lives. To further support clients, I take a holistic approach when helping identify how to overcome challenges and caters my approach to each client’s individual therapeutic needs. I'm also a clinical supervisor and serves as adjunct faculty in the UMass Global Marriage and Family Therapy graduate program. I live in Orange County with my husband, two daughters and two dogs.
