Hi! I am Brittany and am excited to be able to meet and work with you. My approach to therapy is to meet each client where they are at. I follow a CBT, Solution-Focused and Trauma-Informed theoretical orientation way of engaging with each client. This allows me to provide a space for safe, non-judgmental and transparent engagement to identify what your needs and personal goals are. Once your goals are identified, we will work together on the best course of action to reach those goalsā€“ at your own paceā€“ based on your individual needs. I love what I do. Throughout our lives we all have our own experiences, positive, negative, and benign. Each of which molds and shapes the person that we are. As a therapist, I have the unique opportunity to walk with someone, to be a listener, holder of information, and help people with the experiences that they are trying to work through. It is an honor to be able to provide a space and support for someone when they are in such a transitional time in their lives and trying to figure out where they fit in the world. I feel that we all need a space to work through things and have someone to work with you accomplish that.
