Teletherapy Services for Students & Families, Covered by Insurance
LAUSD has partnered with Daybreak Health, a youth-focused mental health company, to provide at-home, virtual therapy services for students and their families.
Daybreak Health will provide a teletherapy for youth ages 5-19 and their parent/guardians. These therapeutic services are offered to help students and families who are struggling with attention & focus, behavior issues, tantrums, sleep and bedtime routines, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and more. Youth ages 11+ will participate in 1:1 sessions with a clinician and youth ages 5-10 will participate in sessions alongside their parent(s) or guardian(s).
