I’ve always been drawn to the honesty, resilience, and creativity of children and adolescents. They are in such a formative stage of life, where the right support can make a lifelong impact. I love helping young people find their voice, understand their emotions, and build the tools they need to navigate challenges with confidence. Working with kids and teens allows me to be creative, flexible, and deeply present — whether through talk, art, play, or movement. It’s a privilege to walk alongside them and their families, helping them heal, grow, and discover their inner strength.
