Hello! My name is Arica Arucan. I was born and raised in Stockton, California. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years' experience working with children, adolescences and families in school-based and non-profit settings. I am currently working at a comprehensive high school in the Central Valley as a Mental Health Clinician. I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, relational issues, self-esteem, family difficulties, and varying levels of trauma. My therapeutic style is centered around respect and empathy. My passion is to help others learn healthy ways of navigating through life's challenges. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my 2 daughters, exercising, binge-watching Netflix, and spending time with friends and family.
