I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have professional experience working with adolescents in clinical settings who faced challenges managing their anxiety, trauma, and depression. I love painting, poetry, and traveling the world. I grew up in Detroit, Michigan and moved to Chicago, Illinois a few years ago, where my husband and I have two lovely sons. Since I was younger, I've had a passion for helping others.
