I became interested in mental health work because I’ve always been drawn to how people adapt and find their way through challenging experiences. I’ve worked closely with creative individuals, which shapes how much I value expression, curiosity, and individuality in my work. Outside of therapy, I enjoy photography and creative writing, and I spend a lot of time outdoors hiking with my dog.
