"I currently work in education as a district crisis counselor. I provide community mental health to couples, adolescents, and children. I teach psychology and counseling classes at the university level, provide parenting classes, and collaborate with a life coach to support child wellness. My professional background allows me to approach care with an understanding of developmental, academic, and systemic factors that impact individuals and families. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, volunteering in my community, playing with my dogs, baking, and staying active by riding bikes. These activities help me maintain balance and reinforce the importance of wellness, connection, and self-care in everyday life. My favorite animals are penguins. I hope one day to visit South Africa or Patagonia to see them up close."
