I have over 20 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in care coordination and case management. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor with training in relational, systems-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered approaches, and I am currently completing a doctoral program. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones and practicing self-care. A fun fact: I believe humor and authenticity are powerful tools in healing.
