My counseling experiences include working with all ages for issues such as mental health, addiction, physical disabilities and workplace accommodations. I have found that when I work with someone to get through their barriers to growth, then they can be successful! Beauty in life can be found in the journey as well as in the destination. I enjoy time spent at the beach, with my family, and watching many shows offered through PBS. I love visiting my alma mater, ECU, not only for football games but also because I have two kids attending there! I enjoy working with clients who have found themselves "stuck" and can use our sessions to develop tools to get through the barrier to their success. Their issues may include depression, feelings of anxiety, low self-esteem or confidence, or a variety of issues to get through. I believe in providing tools that can be used across a variety of circumstances so that when the client has moved on from our sessions, they have what they need to succeed.
