As both a therapist and a mom, I understand that every stage of growth comes with its own challenges. Outside of therapy, I enjoy yoga, hiking, and spending time with family. Fun fact: I believe healing doesn't always have to be serious. Sometimes growth starts with laughter, honesty, and feeling truly understood.
