I'm originally from Los Angeles and now based in the Bay Area. I've supported youth in many roles—from residential counselor to nonprofit therapist to school social worker—always with a heart for their resilience and potential. I love spending time with my daughter and husband, visiting gardens, practicing yoga, and writing poetry. I'm excited to continue empowering youth as they grow and shape their futures. I love working with youth, especially teens navigating anxiety, trauma, cultural identity, and big emotions. My approach is warm, fun, and grounded in play, CBT, and trauma-informed care. I’m especially passionate about supporting BIPOC youth as they grow, heal, and find their voice. I meet clients where they are and help them build tools to thrive in school, at home, and within themselves.
