"I am a licensed social worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families through a variety of life challenges. I earned my undergraduate degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and my graduate degree from Capella University. Helping others has always been my passion, and I feel honored to support clients as they work toward growth and healing. I believe that you are the expert of your own story and that you already have strengths within you that can help you overcome challenges. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I have experience helping clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I use a range of approaches, including cognitive, humanistic, psychodynamic, strengths-based, and family and play therapy, to tailor support to each individual鈥檚 needs. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy working out, listening to music, and traveling to explore different parts of the world. These activities help me stay balanced and bring a sense of openness and connection that I carry into my work with clients. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I am here to support you every step of the way."
