Hi, I am Fran! I am a bilingual therapist passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, youth, neurodivergent teens, Spanish-speaking, and first-generation families. I believe therapy should be a safe and affirming space where people can explore their identities, heal, and grow. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, drawing from narrative therapy and internal family systems, while shaping each session around the client’s unique needs and goals. I value culturally responsive, accessible care and am committed to walking alongside clients as they navigate challenges, discover resilience, and build meaningful connections. My ideal client is someone who is curious about themselves and seeking support to make sense of their experiences. I offer a supportive and affirming space where clients can explore their stories without judgment. I believe therapy should be collaborative, we set goals together, and I adapt sessions to honor the client’s unique background, values, and needs. As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in both Spanish and English, bridging therapy for individuals and families who may otherwise face barriers to care. My background in educational counseling has also given me insight into the unique challenges BIPOC youth face in academic settings, particularly those with mental health differences. I am passionate about helping them thrive by supporting not only their emotional well-being but also their ability to succeed in environments that may not always understand or affirm their needs.
