I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington who has over 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families both virtually and in person. In my spare time, I enjoy horseback riding, fishing, listening to crime/mystery podcasts, and spending time with family and friends. I am also a military veteran. I utilize cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, solution-focused, dialectic behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques to best meet the needs of every unique individual. I am certified in anger management and well-versed in crisis intervention. I seek to establish a trusting and helpful relationship with clients to assist in building on their assets and support them in reaching their goals.
