Hi my name is Andrielle, I go by Andie and my hobbies include sports, video games, reading, hanging out with friends, and movies. Anything "nerdy" you will usually find me apart of! I played basketball for my university and that became a large part of who I am. Basketball and balancing school and my personal life was really challenging, and I began to struggle with anxiety and depression. When I sought my own support, I realized I wanted to help others who are feeling this way as well! That is how I ended up in the mental health field.
