Hi, I’m Ananya. I work with children, teens, young adults, and individuals, creating space for real conversations about what feels confusing, overwhelming, or stuck. Growing up between India and the U.S. shaped my appreciation for different perspectives and stories. Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music, traveling, and exploring new places, all of which keep me curious and remind me of the many ways people find meaning in their lives. Life can bring challenges that feel heavy to carry alone. I support kids, teens, and young adults in making sense of their experiences, finding tools that fit their lives, and feeling more grounded. Parents are part of this process too, building connection and understanding at home. My style is warm, collaborative, and flexible, guided by the belief that change happens when we have space to be ourselves and discover new ways forward.
