Hi, I'm Paige and I'm a LPC-Associate! I've worked in the mental health field since 2017 as a case manager and recently gained my LPC-Associate license. The primary population I've worked with has been with kids/teens and their families. I've spent a large portion of my career working in community mental health and local school districts. In my free time, I love spending time with my friends and have recently picked up hand knitting as a fun evening activity! I love going to the beach but winter is my favorite season - though we don't really get much of one in Texas! I've got two cats, Rex and Torchy, who keep me entertained with their shenanigans! I've worked with a variety of clients over the last several years, many who have experienced significant trauma, abuse, PTSD, depression, anxiety, school stressors, self-harm and suicidal ideations. I've used a variety of approaches, including solution-focused, CBT and motivational interviewing and firmly believe in meeting YOU where YOU are and supporting you to get where you want to be. I believe therapy is a partnership but you are in the driver's seat and I'm there for support as you navigate through life.
