Hello Familia, My name is Alexandria Soto. I was born in Fayetteville, NC and my parents migrated from Puerto Rico when my father joined the US Army. This makes me an army brat that traveled around to many different places. I love to travel to different countries and explore new foods and cultures. I always try to collect at least one unique item from every country I've visited. Coming from a Hispanic background and having traveled extensively, Ive seen how mental health is perceived and treated differently across cultures. These experiences have fueled my commitment to creating more inclusive, culturally sensitive mental health support that meets people where they are-both emotionally and geographically.
