I have been a psychologist and child development specialist for more than thirty years and have worked with young people and their families in many venues from Daycare Centers, Hospitals, Community Agencies, and Correctional Facilities. I love the outdoors and the arts, and I am fascinated by understanding the ways people work to understand their lives and create meaning in their lives. I utilize Mindfulness, Poetry, Journaling, and your own creativity and insight to empower you to create your best self.
