Crystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a member of National Certified Counselors. For over 16 years, she has worked in psychiatric, public-sector and private practice settings; specializing in conducting assessments and building professional therapeutic relationships through counseling and psychoeducation. Crystal has provided direct services to clients suffering with mental health and addictions as an Intensive Outpatient counselor and Clinical Liaison. Crystal believes that people can thrive and grow through validation, support and understanding. Crystal continues to assist clients in their healing journey as a conduit for change and transformation as a counselor and educator. When available, Crystal stands-in as an on-demand lecturer for both undergraduate and graduate students on cultural competence and theory. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys cooking with her family, and she loves to travel whenever and to wherever she can.
