I am a mama, bestie, daughter, sister, wifey, and auntie. I enjoy gardening, learning pottery and van tripping. I love adventure, river hiking and the forest is my happiest place. Anxiety and perfectionism are my unwelcomed co-pilots, though we have mostly learned to compromise on who gets to choose the music. It hasn’t always been that way though, and through my journey I found the people, the tools, and the strength in myself that I now use in connection with others through my work. With a background in social work I have worked with children, youth, and families through crisis, foster care, and while doing their best against all odds to meet their basic needs. I believe our journeys are not ours alone, and the environment and community around us impacts the paths we follow. It is my hope to explore alongside you all the possibilities for the path worth taking.
