I completed my B.A. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where I received a D1 Softball Scholarship. I also completed my M.S. in Clinical Psychology from the Vanguard University of Southern California. I went on to become a published author and co-wrote the daily devotional "What We're Afraid To Ask". In this project, I used my education, clinical skills, and foundation of faith to help those who've been abused increase in awareness and heal from the emotional, psychological, and spiritual impacts of dysfunction and abuse. I desire to write more in the field so I can encourage and help others connect to their intrinsic worth. My belief system is a fundamental part of who I am and so is supporting others in identifying and living out their strengths and purpose. I love music, nature, sports, and using my creativity and problem-solving skills to make things happen.
